Quorate is made in Somerset for parish and town councils in England. We take a council's meetings from notice to signed minutes in the order the law sets and to its deadlines.
What Quorate does
The year's meetings sit on one calendar. We work out the notice and summons dates. The agenda is built from your standing items and the business that has come in. The minutes are drafted at the meeting and signed into the minute book. Councillors, declarations, actions and planning applications are kept where the next meeting will need them.
